Business Insights Manager - Employee Experience

Overview


The Business Insights Manager is responsible for understanding business needs and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization specifically in one of these focus areas - customer experience, employee experience or market insights. Across all focus areas, this role ensures that market, customer and employee signals are systematically collected, rigorously analyzed and translated into insights the business can act on. The role will oversee the development, implementation and management of a specified insights program consisting of the collection, analysis, reporting and interpretation of research and data, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics to work faster and surface deeper insights.
