Business Insights Developer

Aurora is seeking a Business Insights Developer to join our growing Data and Insights team in Oxford. This is a mid-level role for someone who can turn business questions into trusted, well-designed insight solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

This role sits within the Data and Insights team, which works closely with business divisions to understand decision-making needs, define meaningful metrics, and deliver actionable insight. It is part of the wider data team, alongside Data Platform Engineers who are responsible for sourcing data, transforming it, and producing trusted gold data products in Microsoft Fabric.

The Data and Insights Developer will partner with business stakeholders and the data platform team to design insight solutions that are scalable, governed, and user-focused.
