Platform Performance & Profitability Analysis

• Establish and maintain core financial and operating metrics, including Total Bets, Payouts, GGR, NGR, Gross Profit, and Net Profit.
• Conduct profitability analysis by game category, traffic channel, user tier (regular / VIP), and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, identifying profit anomalies and structural risks.
• Analyze high-turnover but low-profit or loss‑making scenarios and propose optimization actions.
