Business Development Specialist

As an established flooring and interior materials company, we work closely with Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers and Homeowners across Singapore. If you're passionate about building long‑term partnerships instead of simply chasing sales, we'd love to hear from you.

• Build and develop relationships with Interior Design firms and business partners.
• Grow and manage your own portfolio of accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Visit partners, understand their needs, and recommend suitable flooring and interior material solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with our Marketing, Indoor Sales and Operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Represent XINGFLOORS at partner meetings, networking sessions and industry events.
