Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to support account growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Trucend’s service offerings to effectively address client inquiries and propose relevant solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients, aligning Trucend’s services to meet their business goals.
- Prepare and execute client proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to represent Trucend professionally and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account management activities in the CRM for accurate reporting and analysis.
