Responsibilities
- Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline
- Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, and community leaders
- Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, and Marketing
