Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist – Luxury Residential Projects to join our premium Fitness Division. This strategic role is dedicated to expanding our presence within luxury developments, high-end residential builds, and bespoke private estates.
What You Will Do (The Strategic Mission):
- Specification Leadership : Partner directly with Tier-1 interior design firms, high-end fit-out contractors, and luxury residential developers to get our premium fitness and wellness brands specified into project blueprints early.
- Relationship Infrastructure : Nurture and scale a robust, reliable network across country, design and construction landscape, positioning AKI as the premier consultative partner for custom home wellness spaces.
