About the role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients within the healthcare industry. The role executes outbound prospecting activities, conducts lead research and qualification, and schedules meetings for the sales team to generate new business opportunities. Working closely with sales leadership, the BDR maintains accurate prospect information, supports pipeline development efforts, and contributes to the achievement of revenue growth objectives through consistent and targeted outreach.
