Business Development & Partnership Manager

As one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, UGP is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support our continued strategic growth. This is a senior role based atouroffices in Guiseley, Leeds, focused on delivering high-value, sustainable revenue and long-term partnerships.

This position is responsible for driving commercial performance through two core channels:

• Direct enterprise and mid-market B2B sales
• Strategic partner, referral, and channel relationships

The role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and is equally comfortable winning business directly as well as developing and optimising partner-led growth. This is not a high-volume outbound sales role; success is measured by the quality and profitability of revenue rather than activity levels.
