Business Development Officer – LGU (Lighting Projects)
On-site – Malabon (Full-time)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage LGU clients
- Prepare proposals and project costing
- Handle bidding processes in compliance with RA 9184
- Coordinate with LGU officials and departments
- Monitor PhilGEPS opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in LGU projects or government bidding
- Familiar with PhilGEPS and procurement processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to conduct fieldwork
