Duties & Responsibilities Build a team of financial advisers Supervise financial advisers Weekly one-on-one meetings with your financial advisers Provide financial advice to your own clients Monitor performance of advisers against set targets, whilst working towards your own set targets Desired Experience & Qualification Currently in Financial Services and was FA / Manager You have the necessary credits and qualifications (NQF5 and RE) for a financial advisor Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in financial services - must be out of supervision Package & Remuneration
