Business Development Manager (Telesales)

We are looking for a driven and people oriented Sales Lead to spearhead new account acquisition and revenue growth in the broker and agency segment. You will oversee a team of sales agents focused on prospecting, converting, and expanding broker relationships, ensuring daily productivity and hitting aggressive growth targets in the Philippine real estate market.

Day to day

• New Account Acquisition & Revenue Growth
• Drive the acquisition of new broker and agency accounts.
• Oversee pipeline development to increase and maintain a consistent flow of new leads.
• Own team revenue targets and forecast performance against set KPIs.
• Client Relationship Management
• Support key account negotiations and highVpotential onboarding calls.
