Business Development Manager

Impact Security Services Pte Ltd is a licensed security agency in Singapore providing technology-driven security solutions to commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients using AI Video Analytics, Remote Monitoring, and other advanced systems.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing new contracts, building client partnerships, and promoting integrated security manpower and technology solutions.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in property development, MCSTs, managing agents, commercial and industrial sectors, government agencies, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to support contract acquisition
