Summary: The Business Development Manager is to plan, organize and control selling operations of the companys product portfolio to the customer base in the assigned territory with the objective of achieving the companys budgets, profitability and assigned key tasks. Responsible for all of the companys activities, which include sales, technical service, customer service, direct expenses control and personnel planning and development Key Responsibilities and Duties: Organize, plan, manage and control the sales and promotion of the companys product portfolio in the assigned sales area. To transfer knowledge on customer approach and sales techniques to the sales staff in your team.
