Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by selling Ingersoll Rand’s full suite of solutions, including capital equipment such diesel generators, chillers, CDU and digital/energy solutions.

This role focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships, expanding installed base value, and maximizing lifecycle revenue through consultative selling and value-based solutions. The incumbent will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and ensure cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
