GSS is seeking a high‑calibre Business Development Manager with an established network and active, existing client relationships in the UAE/GCC outsourcing and IT staffing market. This is a pure hunter role — the successful candidate will be expected to leverage their existing enterprise relationships to generate immediate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth for GSS's Outsourcing business line. We are looking for someone who brings a fresh perspective and an independent network — a professional, who can open new doors and introduce GSS to decision‑makers of the clients they do not currently reach. The benchmark for this hire is a senior BD professional with a track record comparable to leading relationship managers at top UAE financial institutions.
