Job Purpose The incumbent is responsible for revenue growth in the organization through setting sales goals in line with the company sales budgetary forecast.
Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Sales Operation: - presence of sales strategy for Logistics, Air, & Ocean Freight through Global network
Business Development: Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities, and devise plans to achieve revenue targets
Marketing: Deploy successful marketing campaign and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Market Research: Conduct research and gather business intelligence to identify new markets and customer needs.
Customer Retention: meeting up with clients for performance review and taking feedback to improve the service levels.
Compliance: Maintain standard internal operating procedures with all internal departments for all accounts in place at all times.
Reporting: Receiving, analysing and presenting sales reports to the Head of Business Unit....
