We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our franchise expansion efforts across Malaysia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, evaluate, and develop new franchise opportunities across Malaysia to support the company's expansion strategy. Source, engage, and manage potential franchise partners, investors, and business stakeholders throughout the franchise acquisition process. Lead franchise sales presentations, business negotiations, and commercial discussions to secure new franchise agreements. Manage the end-to-end franchise development cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract signing and store opening.
