About this Position

This role reports to the Head of Adhesives Industrial KAM, East and Southeast Asia. The Business Development Manager is the key bridge between commercial (sales, Application engineers), global marketing & strategy, innovation team, and Technology Development Mgr. and end customers/market. This role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying under‑tapped and new business, technology opportunities within the market segments of responsibility and focus. The position requires a strategic, curious mindset to hunt, scout novel and new technologies, opportunities development with key accounts and relevant markets. This individual is expected to develop and penetrate under tapped applications and end customer market segment with the technical and business aptitude to drive innovation (product and open), strategies, product and new technology identification and development across Henkel’s material portfolio and focused market segments.
