The Opportunity

We are expanding our high-performing Sales Team and are looking for driven, ambitious Business Development Managers who love sales, thrive on targets, and want to be rewarded for exceptional performance.

This is a new business, field-based sales role, focused on selling HR & Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (5–50 employees). No industry experience is required — full training is provided. What matters most is your sales ability, energy, and consultative approach.
