Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, securing long-term service agreements, and expanding MCS's footprint across State-Owned Entities (SOEs), mining, petrochemical, power generation, manufacturing and heavy industry sectors. Requirements:
Minimum 510 years' proven experience in business development, technical sales or key account management.
Demonstrated experience selling engineering or industrial services.
Experience working with large industrial clients.
Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
