BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – PAYMENTS / FINTECH - Sandton, Johannesburg

A leading payments organisation is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across South Africa and selected African markets. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through negotiation and contract closure and present and position payment and fintech solutions to senior decision-makers. Key Focus Areas: Acquire new clients across banks, retailers, PSPs, mobile money and fintech Prospect via cold calling, networking, Linked In and events Manage full sales cycles and close high-value deals Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline forecasts Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding Requirements: Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Commerce 7+ years in business development or enterprise sales Proven revenue-target achievement Payments / Banking / Fintech experience essential African mar...
