Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities with our current clients, increase seat counts, and introduce additional services across Native Teams’ product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Territory Development: Build and manage a healthy outbound and inbound sales pipeline aligned with defined ICPs and territories. Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Talent, Operations, and C‑level functions. Execute outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals.
