Business Development Manager - Ecomm - (Mass)

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our London office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Business Development Manager (Amazon) to accelerate growth across our Mass Beauty portfolio and play a key role in expanding our eCommerce business. This is a high-impact position for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a proven track record managing Amazon businesses at scale.

Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce, you will own the commercial performance of the Amazon channel, driving revenue growth, profitability, brand visibility, and customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end management of Revlon’s Amazon business with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand priorities, pricing, and profitability objectives.
