Business Development Manager – Design & Build

This is not a traditional sales position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands clients' business challenges, and can connect them with creative solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with our in-house design and project teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, retail, commercial, government, hospitality, exhibition, and event sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, architects, interior designers, creative agencies, event organizers, marketing teams, and procurement departments.
• Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and industry engagement.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and client pitches together with the design team.
