Business Development Manager- Crypto Sector (Zaragoza)

My client is a leading crypto exchange.

What Youll Do

• Identify and execute outreach to leading projects.
• Assess projects to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction.
• Analyze and recommend support actions: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, other partners introductions.
• Assess and monitor key metrics of crypto projects; evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
• Collect feedback from partners and the community; recommend improvements.
• Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

• Strong passion and belief in the cryptocurrency space; the candidate is expected to be familiar with the leading DeFi apps and have knowledge of how AMM and borrowing lending protocols operate.
