Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of a client based in Chesterfield.
Main duties:
* Inbound Sales Management,Handling and converting incoming enquiries
* New Business Development, Identifying and securing new opportunities
* Full Sales Cycle Ownership, Managing opportunities from enquiry to close
* Proposal & Quotation Preparation, With support from internal technical teams
* Relationship Building, Developing strong customer and internal relationships
* CRM & Pipeline Management, Maintaining accurate records and forecasts
* High‑Value Sales, Working on deals from £30k to £250k with varied sales cycles
* Target Achievement, Meeting and exceeding revenue and margin goals
