Position: Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new OEM/private label clients for cosmetics manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for product development and execution.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Follow up on inquiries, samples, orders, and customer feedback.
