Business Development Manager - Air and Sea

We are looking for a driven, well‑connected Business Development Manager to grow our airfreight and seafreight business. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets in a competitive logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in airfreight and seafreight services
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across import, export, manufacturing and retail sectors
• Prepare competitive, professional quotations, proposals and tender submissions
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
