Business Development Executive - Staff Accommodation and Labour Camps

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive - Staff Accommodation and Labour Camps who will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for staff accommodation, labour camps, workforce housing, and similar residential assets for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the leading companies in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable. The role sits within the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Business Development Manager. We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive about developing new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and maximizing occupancy across staff accommodation and labour camp portfolios. You should also have experience in corporate leasing, workforce accommodation, labour camp operations, real estate leasing, or B2B sales within the UAE market.
