Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cleaning, Landscape, and Stewarding services
- Source for potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project handover
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales / business development experience (relevant industry preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiar with tender submission (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
