Business Development Executive – LinkedIn Lead Generation

About the role:

We're looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive to generate and close client projects through LinkedIn outreach. This is a pure commission role your earnings are directly tied to the deals you bring in, with no cap.

What you'll do:

• Identify and prospect potential clients (startups, small businesses, agencies) on LinkedIn who need website or app development
• Send personalized connection requests and messages from your own LinkedIn profile
• Qualify leads, understand their requirements, and set up discovery calls with our team
• Follow up with prospects and support the deal through to closing
• Maintain a simple record of leads, conversations, and pipeline status

What we offer:
