- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Conduct client meetings (online and in-person) , including overseas visits, to support relationship management and account continuity.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely follow-up on requests, feedback, and action items.
- Represent the company professionally at international meetings, networking sessions, and business events .
- Support client retention by understanding client needs, anticipating issues, and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
- Coordinate with technical/support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-up plans (CRM/Excel).
