Vacancy Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the expansion of the Easefix Franchise Program by managing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing agreements with new franchise partners. The role focuses on securing new franchisees and ensuring a smooth transition into the onboarding phase while supporting their long-term success.
- Manage the full sales cycle for franchise leads and prospects, from initial contact through to signing the franchise agreement.
- Qualify incoming leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the BD action tracker.
- Collaborate with the Tendering team to pursue opportunities in new franchise territories, particularly for franchisees outside the top five selling trades, to help build their business pipeline.
- Support the development and implementation of measurable performance metrics and KPIs for new franchisees.
