Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree or Diplomain Supply ChainManagement, Logistics,Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or arelated field.
- Sales or BusinessDevelopment qualificationswill be advantageous.
Experience
- 5–8 years' experience in BusinessDevelopment or ExternalSales within FreightForwarding, Supply Chain, Logistics, or MultimodalTransport.
- Proven success inacquiring new businessand exceeding salestargets.
- Strong experience sellingintegrated logistics andsupply chain solutions.
- Extensive knowledge ofmultimodal transport, includingroad, rail, sea, and air freight.
- Experience managing exportprojects and cross-border logisticsthroughout Africa.
- Industry experience within Mining, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
