This role focuses on driving customer registrations, increasing order volumes, boosting transactions, and expanding market reach through proactive field sales, customer education, and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell products through the online platform and its listed products directly to customers.

  • Educate customers on how to register, browse products, place orders, and complete payments on the platform.

  • Support customers through their first transaction to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption.
