- Actively identifying, developing and securing new facilities management business opportunities
- Establish relationships with potential customers and service partners, and to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities.
- Bidding and Tender Management – to conduct the entire process of tender administrations, tender submission management and follow ups.
- To collaborate with functional departments to generate write-up for effective and competitive FM tender and business proposals
- To conduct company and bid presentations to potential clients and tender bidding process
- To generate FM business processes, SOPs and marketing plans into presentable write-up including tender proposals and submissions
