Overview
Our client, an ADGM-regulated fintech startup, is building out its B2B partner network to power a new rewards proposition for its customers. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and B2B sales and help build the partnerships pipeline from the ground up as a founding member of the commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across target partner categories
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, from first outreach through to signed agreement
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership terms
- Research the market and track competitor activity to sharpen targeting
- Work closely with product, marketing and operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding
