Urban City Partners is looking for a confident, well-spoken and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join our growing advisory team.

We work with entrepreneurs, private clients, family offices and international businesses exploring market entry, mergers and acquisitions, property opportunities, residency pathways and cross-border expansion across the UAE, Portugal and Poland.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable building relationships, identifying new opportunities, managing client conversations and representing a refined, high‑trust advisory brand.
