Business Development Executive

We are looking to hire an Executive – Business Development who will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing corporate leasing relationships, and supporting revenue generation initiatives for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest companies in the region.

This contract role has an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Business Development, RDM & Marketing Department and reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

We are looking for a passionate Executive – Business Development to support and expand residential leasing operations through strategic corporate client engagement, market research, and process improvement. You should also have experience in residential leasing, corporate client management, and business development within a real estate or property management environment, along with strong knowledge of leasing processes and stakeholder management.
