The Client Solutions Specialist is a results-drivenB2C sales role focused on driving revenue growth through the acquisition and conversion of individual learners across ISCA Academy’s Professional, Sector, and Digital programs.
The role focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their learning and career needs, and recommending suitable programmes. Success in this role requires strong customer engagement, responsiveness, and the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline to achieve conversion targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive B2C sales of ISCA Academy’s training programs by converting enquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Promote and grow subscriptions for digital learning platforms through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from various channels (e.g., website leads, calls, emails, campaigns, and events) to ensure high conversion rates.
