Business Development Director (Land acquisition)

Responsibilities
Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including Sales & Marketing, Project Planning, Project Implementation teams, consultants, and relevant parties to conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for existing and potential land banks in line with project launch targets.
Identify and source new land opportunities and development projects, while building strong networks with property agents and third parties for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, or privatization exercises.
Carry out market research and pre-acquisition due diligence on potential real estate development opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports and investment proposals for management review and approval relating to land acquisitions and strategic investments.
