Business Development Director, Health & Beauty - Southern Europe

Albert Roger Group is seeking a Business Development Director for Southern Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This role requires proven experience in business development within the health and beauty sector, with strong negotiation and communication skills in both Spanish and English.

The successful candidate will lead generation and manage client relationships while expanding our brand presence with key retailers. We offer a competitive salary with OTE of €120k and a potential €30k stretch bonus, along with additional benefits and a company car.
