Requirements: A. Retail Sales & Business Development (Primary focus) Research and build a target list of nurseries, garden centres, farm shops, and independent hardware retailers, starting in the George/Garden Route region Make outbound cold calls to introduce the new range of chemicals Send follow-up emails after every call, with product specs and safety data sheet attached Maintain a lead tracker - every contact's status, last touchpoint, and next action date Coordinate and help close small retail stockist agreements Follow up on existing retail accounts to prevent churn and check reorder needs B.
