Business Development Associate

We're looking for a Business Development Associate to support and strengthen GSCI's business development team.

This role sits at the intersection of sales operations and business development support. You will keep the pipeline organized, support a high volume of active opportunities, manage smaller accounts, and represent GSCI as a primary presence at defense trade shows and industry events.

Our senior Business Development team is focused on high-value relationships and strategic opportunities — your job is to multiply the team's capacity and ensure every opportunity gets the attention it deserves.

This is a role with real growth potential. Strong performers will develop into a full Business Development Representative position over time.
