Business Development and Marketing Executive

Role Overview As a Business Development (BD) and Market Area (MA) Support Executive, you contribute to the generation and sustainability of business for Saab in the Naval domain. You act as the Product Sales Responsible (PSR) or Customer Sales Responsible (CSR) for your Market Area or Business Area, and oversee the Win Business (WB) process. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Business Development and Marketing strategies with the MA for assigned regions, aligned with company and BA strategy. Prepare and manage capture plans for campaigns and prospects identified in regional strategies. Lead management of strategic accounts, maintaining relationships with existing programmes and pursuing new business opportunities. Track progress of submitted proposals, chase business, capture lessons learned, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
