Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth for the Probiotics and Biosciences portfolio across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective customers in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical industries
  • Develop and manage a robust, evergreen project pipeline, ensuring continuous opportunity creation and progression
  • Define and execute account-specific growth and defense strategies, supported by detailed account plans
  • Identify customer strategies, unmet needs, and market trends to unlock new business opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and go-to-market strategies with direct customers and distributors
  • Act as the primary link between customers and IFF’s internal teams (Applications, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing)
