The Role
As a Business Development Account Director, you will play a critical role in Nomia's growth, responsible for driving new logo acquisition across our priority regions. This is a true hunter role — you'll be knocking down doors, generating new opportunities, owning the full sales cycle, and closing deals that deliver real value to our customers. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, a dedicated presales function, and best-in-class tools, with the opportunity to make a visible impact and accelerate your career as we scale globally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospects across our key markets (UK, North America, UAE)
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal and close
- Generate and convert pipeline opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director level)
