Business Developer- Sao Paulo

As a BU Manager , you will act as the driving force behind our expansion in Brazil. You’ll be responsible for building our market presence, developing a portfolio of strategic clients, and leading a team of Junior Business Developers. Your mission is to scale revenue, establish LittleBig as a key player in Brazil, and ensure operational excellence across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

Market Launch & Strategic Growth

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Brazil
• Open and grow strategic accounts in targeted industries
• Adapt LittleBig’s value proposition to local market needs and positioning

Client Development & Key Account Management

• Drive acquisition of major enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing customers
• Lead the full commercial cycle: prospecting, RFP responses, proposal creation, and complex negotiations
