Job Overview

Business Developer / Business Analyst to own client acquisition across freelance platforms and outbound channels. The role blends business development (bidding, outreach, closing) with business analysis (understanding client needs, scoping requirements, and writing winning proposals).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our Upwork profile: write compelling proposals, bid on relevant jobs, and maintain strong job‑success metrics.
• Run cold‑email campaigns: build prospect lists, write outreach sequences, track open/reply rates, and book discovery calls.
• Drive LinkedIn outreach and social selling: connect with decision‑makers, nurture leads, and generate inbound interest.
• Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis: talk to prospects, understand their problem, and document clear scopes for our tech team.
• Write and tailor proposals, quotes, and project briefs for AI & ML services.
